About the Role

Alchemy Global is seeking an experienced Manager – Management & Technology Consulting to join its consulting team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is open to Saudi nationals and involves leading consulting engagements, managing client relationships, and contributing to business development across the Saudi Arabian market. The role focuses on working with government, semi-government, and private sector organizations on strategy, digital transformation, operational improvement, and organizational transformation initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to projects aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 and support the continued growth of Alchemy Global's consulting practice in the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage management and technology consulting engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables and successful project outcomes.
• Develop strategic assessments, operating models, transformation roadmaps, business cases, and executive presentations.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and multidisciplinary consulting teams.
• Identify new business opportunities and lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, including responses to RFPs and tenders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders across government, semi-government, and private sector organizations.
• Provide strategic advisory support across areas such as business strategy, digital transformation, technology, data, and operational excellence.
• Lead, mentor, and develop consultants and analysts, supporting team performance and professional development.
• Contribute to the growth of Alchemy Global's consulting practice, service offerings, and market presence in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in management and technology consulting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead consulting engagements and manage client relationships.
• Experience in business development, including proposal preparation.
• Proven capability to work with government, semi-government, and private sector organizations.
• Strong understanding of strategy, digital transformation, operational improvement, and organizational transformation initiatives.
