Manager, Operational Readiness at Qiddiya

Qiddiya, a leading company in the entertainment and leisure sector, is seeking a Manager, Operational Readiness. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is critical for ensuring the successful launch of projects within the company’s portfolio.

Role Purpose and Scope

The primary purpose of this role is to coordinate cross-functional readiness activities, assess operational capabilities, and drive process improvements. The Manager, Operational Readiness will ensure seamless project openings and contribute directly to delivering optimal guest experiences across Qiddiya’s diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive operational readiness plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and project timelines.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify operational requirements and proactively address any gaps before project launch.
• Conduct thorough readiness assessments, perform risk analysis, and develop mitigation plans to ensure all operational units are fully prepared.
• Design and implement effective training programs to prepare staff for their operational roles and to foster service excellence.
• Establish and continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational readiness and post-launch performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing existing operational processes and recommending strategic enhancements.
• Champion guest-centric operational strategies aimed at significantly enhancing visitor satisfaction.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience. This experience should ideally include a proven track record in operational readiness, project launches, or similar coordination roles within large-scale projects, preferably in the entertainment, leisure, or related sectors.
