About Qiddiya and the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is actively seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Director Operational Readiness. This pivotal role is based in Riyadh and is instrumental in supporting the successful delivery of operational readiness initiatives for Qiddiya's world-class entertainment and cultural projects.

Role Purpose and Impact

As an Associate Director, you will play an essential part in coordinating critical cross-functional readiness activities. The position involves monitoring overall operational preparedness and helping to ensure smooth project launches. Your contributions will directly support the alignment of project delivery with Qiddiya's strategic vision and high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of comprehensive operational readiness plans to guarantee successful project openings.
• Collaborate closely with project, operations, and training teams to effectively integrate operational requirements and readiness milestones.
• Assist in conducting thorough readiness assessments, identifying potential gaps, risks, and areas for improvement, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Help coordinate and manage structured training programs for operational staff to ensure optimal preparedness across all relevant teams.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational readiness and provide regular, clear updates to senior leadership.
• Facilitate effective communication and alignment between diverse stakeholders to promote a unified and cohesive approach to operational readiness.
• Contribute to developing best practices, tools, and processes to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of readiness efforts.

Experience Requirements

Successful candidates for this role are expected to bring 5-10 years of relevant professional experience. This experience should ideally be within operational readiness, project management, or a closely related field, demonstrating a proven track record in similar initiatives.
