Key Responsibilities

The Marketing Executive will perform a range of duties to support the marketing and sales functions:

• Support marketing initiatives by assisting with proofreading advertising copy, coordinating marketing campaigns, maintaining the department calendar, and managing internal project execution to ensure timely delivery.
• Assist with sales documentation, including the preparation of booking reports, contracts, proposals, client call summaries, and loyalty point postings to facilitate the sales process.
• Perform daily administrative office operations, such as data entry, invoice distribution, and recordkeeping, to ensure efficient team operations.
• Provide support for special projects, departmental initiatives, and ad-hoc assignments as required.
