About the Internship

FirstPass AI is seeking a Marketing, Brand & Growth Intern to support its Go-to-Market (GTM) launch in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This internship offers exposure to positioning, launching, and growing an AI technology brand. The intern will contribute to shaping the company's market position, supporting awareness campaigns, building digital presence, and generating qualified business leads. This role involves working closely with the founding and commercial teams, providing hands-on experience in brand building, product marketing, growth strategy, and B2B/B2C customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of FirstPass AI Saudi's brand positioning during market launch.
• Translate the value proposition into clear messaging for employers, recruiters, universities, and job seekers.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify positioning and differentiation opportunities.
• Support product launch campaigns and market-entry initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of a brand awareness plan across digital channels.
• Support LinkedIn campaigns, thought-leadership initiatives, product announcements, webinars, and strategic events.
• Identify opportunities to increase brand recognition within the Saudi HR, recruitment, and technology ecosystems.
• Collaborate with the Content Creation team to maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
• Design and support awareness-to-lead-generation campaigns targeting B2B and B2C audiences.
• Assist in developing landing pages, campaign messaging, lead magnets, and conversion initiatives.
• Work with the Sales & Partnerships team to align marketing campaigns with commercial priorities.
• Support lead nurturing and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Track campaign-generated leads and contribute to improving lead quality and conversion.
• Monitor campaign performance, reach, engagement, website traffic, and lead generation.
• Prepare periodic marketing performance reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.
• Support testing different messages, channels, and campaign formats.

• 0-1 year of experience.
• Creative and commercially minded approach.

Outcomes of Success

Success in this role will be evaluated based on three outcomes: clear and consistent market messaging and stronger brand identity, increased relevant reach, visibility, and audience engagement, and marketing-generated inquiries, qualified leads, and measurable campaign conversions.
