About the Medical Representative Role

Jamjoom Pharma is seeking a Medical Representative to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are ready to contribute to the promotion and sales of pharmaceutical products within an assigned territory.

Role Objective

The primary objective of this role is to effectively promote and sell Jamjoom Pharma's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. The Medical Representative will be responsible for increasing product awareness through scientific engagement and achieving established sales objectives, all while upholding company policies and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals within the designated territory.
• Promote assigned products through scientific detailing and comprehensive product presentations.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by the company.
• Execute territory plans to maximize business opportunities and ensure optimal market coverage.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback, providing regular updates to management.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of all field activities using the company's CRM system.
• Organize and actively participate in medical meetings, product launches, and various promotional activities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of assigned products, relevant disease areas, and market developments.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, compliance requirements, and industry ethical standards.

Qualifications and Essential Requirements

• A valid Saudi driving license is required.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience, demonstrating a foundational understanding of sales or pharmaceutical promotion. This role is suitable for recent graduates or individuals at the beginning of their career in the pharmaceutical industry.
