*** is a leading modern infrastructure investment and asset management platform. Operating as JD Property (JDP), the company specializes in the investment, development, and management of logistics parks, business parks, data centers, and other infrastructure assets.

The Opportunity

*** is seeking a Middle East Strategic Investment Assistant Vice President to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves executing global strategic investments across various sectors, including retail, logistics, and healthcare, in alignment with the group's business and investment strategies. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth industry research on subdivided tracks and identify high-quality targets that align with the group's strategic direction.
Establish and maintain a dynamic industry database to provide data support for investment decision-making processes.
Lead core investment activities, including project valuation modeling, transaction structure design, and due diligence.
Compile professional investment analysis reports to facilitate efficient project implementation.
Monitor the financial performance and strategic synergy effects of invested enterprises.
Formulate post-investment improvement plans and exit strategies to maximize investment returns.
Interface with business departments, integrate industry chain resources, and promote post-investment business integration to achieve mutual enablement between strategic investment and group development.

Qualifications and Experience

2-5 years of experience in a relevant investment role.
Demonstrated ability to manage the full investment lifecycle, from industry research and target screening to transaction execution and post-investment management.
Experience in valuation modeling, transaction structuring, and due diligence.
Strong analytical skills for investment reporting and strategic objective implementation.
Fundraising experience is considered a strong advantage.
