This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Jeddah, or Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

National Team Coach Role Overview

The Saudi Fencing Federation is seeking experienced National Team Coaches to join its technical team. This role involves developing and preparing competitive athletes across the three fencing weapons: Épée, Foil, and Sabre, for upcoming national and international competitions. Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver structured training programs and sessions for athletes.
• Develop athletes' technical, tactical, and physical performance capabilities.
• Monitor and evaluate athlete performance, providing constructive feedback.
• Prepare athletes effectively for national and international competitions.
• Collaborate with the technical and coaching teams to achieve the Federation’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated coaching experience in Épée, Foil, or Sabre.
• Possession of a recognized fencing coaching certification or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong knowledge of fencing rules and technical standards.
• Experience working within a competitive sporting environment.

• Effective teamwork skills for collaboration within the coaching staff.
