About the Role

Accenture Middle East is seeking a Network Security Consultant to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience who are ready to contribute to the design, deployment, and management of robust network security solutions.

Role Overview

The Network Security Consultant will play a key role in safeguarding network infrastructures. This involves implementing and maintaining critical security measures, monitoring for threats, and responding to security incidents to ensure compliance and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and manage network security solutions, including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, WAF, and secure web gateways.
Monitor network traffic and security events to identify and respond to threats.
Perform security assessments, vulnerability scans, and remediation activities.
Configure and maintain network security devices such as Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, Check Point, or similar technologies.
Investigate security incidents and support incident response activities.
Implement network segmentation, access control, and Zero Trust security principles.
Develop and maintain network security documentation, policies, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory security requirements.
Support disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives from a network security perspective.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, IT, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with firewalls.
Experience with vulnerability management and security monitoring tools.
Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and security best practices.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and operates on a full-time basis within Accenture Middle East. The position offers an opportunity to work within a professional environment focused on network security.
