Role Overview

Chalhoub Group is seeking an Operative Distribution Center to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves carrying out essential warehouse operations, including shipment receiving, checking, order preparation, and dispatching. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience and demonstrate commitment, integrity, empathy, and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform goods receiving functions, including offloading, checking, and putting away all incoming consignments.
• Prepare customer orders by picking and packing items as required.
• Ensure accurate checking, dispatch, and loading of vehicles against dispatch documentation.
• Carry out value-added services such as scanning, cello wrapping, heat shrinking, and labeling as needed.
• Ensure accurate stock replenishment and assist in stock counts, verifications, and other projects as instructed.
• Handle stock carefully and correctly, storing items in an orderly and accessible manner.
• Strictly follow standard processes, procedures, and work instructions.
• Ensure machinery, equipment, consumables, and other resources are used efficiently and maintained well.
• Report any defects or damage of stock to Supervisors and ensure the warehouse is kept clean and tidy.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and foster a cooperative work environment.
• Ensure the department maintains high health, safety, and environmental performance as per ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Report all incidents promptly and accurately to immediate superiors, completing necessary documentation.
• Avoid intentionally or recklessly interfering with or misusing equipment provided for health, safety, or welfare.
• Report damage to equipment, fixtures, fittings, MHE defects, and accidents at work.
