About the Operator & License Owner Role

Stranger Soccer is seeking a full-time Operator & License Owner to establish, manage, and expand its football platform within Riyadh Province, specifically in Riyadh. This role involves building and operating a local football presence, with the objective of enhancing the accessibility of the sport in the city. It is suited for individuals with an entrepreneurial drive and a passion for football.

Role Context and Company Overview

As an Operator & License Owner, you will lead Stranger Soccer's expansion in Riyadh, encompassing local partnerships, operational management, and community development. The position offers autonomy in shaping local operations, supported by established systems, expertise, and guidance from Stranger Soccer's Singapore headquarters. This support includes a technology platform for application, payments, and operational management, alongside proven operating systems and processes. Stranger Soccer, founded in Singapore and now active in over 10 cities globally with more than 100,000 games hosted, aims to simplify football participation through its mobile app, enabling players to find, book, and play games nearby.

Key Responsibilities

Launch and grow Stranger Soccer operations in Riyadh.
Develop partnerships with football venues and secure suitable playing locations.
Recruit, coordinate, and provide support to Official Hosts and local team members.
Implement marketing initiatives to attract players and foster community growth.
Oversee game operations to ensure a high-quality player experience.
Identify and pursue opportunities for operational improvement and expansion within the local market.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

Demonstrated passion for football and a strong understanding of the local football community in Riyadh.
