About the Role

Amazon is seeking an Ops Tech SME for Quick Commerce to support high-growth, technology-enabled operations. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 0-1 years of experience. The successful candidate will act as a crucial link between Operations, Product, and Tech teams to ensure smooth launches, stable system workflows, and an exceptional customer experience.

Role Purpose

The Ops Tech SME will be responsible for troubleshooting system issues, validating operational accuracy, and supporting process readiness. This role is essential for enabling successful day-one performance for new sites or products within Amazon's Quick Commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead operational readiness and support launch activities, ensuring workflows, tools, and processes function as expected.
Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues by collaborating closely with Tech, Product, and Operations teams.
Conduct structured testing, validate process accuracy, and identify gaps prior to launch.
Support data validation related to operational workflows and customer-facing commitments.
Coordinate with cross-functional partners to resolve defects and ensure readiness for go-live.
Monitor performance post-launch, escalate issues, and drive timely root-cause resolution.
Identify recurring patterns, propose long-term fixes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Communicate clearly with stakeholders, providing timely updates, documentation, and status reports.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience in operations or technology support roles. A strong understanding of operational workflows and system troubleshooting is beneficial for this position.
