The Role of Oracle HCM Consultant

Nexttec Technology Outsourcing is seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Consultant to join our team in Riyadh. This is a full-time, permanent position focused on providing expert guidance and implementing Oracle Human Capital Management solutions for our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide expert guidance on implementing Oracle HCM solutions.
• Design, configure, and implement Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Performance Management.
• Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
• Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure successful implementation and user adoption.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements, design documents, and test scripts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with Oracle HCM product updates and industry trends to provide best-in-class solutions to clients.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle HCM modules.
• Participate in project planning and estimation activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 2-5 years of experience in Oracle HCM consulting or a related field. A strong understanding of Oracle HCM modules and implementation methodologies is essential for success in this role.
