Noon Minutes, the company's hyper-local delivery platform, provides FMCG and grocery products with a 15-minute delivery target, operating in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

The Role of Partnerships & Marketing Executive

As a Partnerships & Marketing Executive at Noon, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies. This full-time role involves managing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance brand awareness and support business growth for Noon Minutes. The position requires 2-5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute below-the-line (BTL) marketing activations, including on-ground events, pop-ups, and experiential marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
• Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with entities across government, commercial, and residential sectors to enhance Noon Minutes’ brand visibility and reach.
• Generate leads for potential partnerships, develop tailored pitches, and negotiate terms to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate and execute activations, managing logistics, timelines, and budgets.
• Oversee the end-to-end execution of activations, from planning to implementation, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and quality standards.
• Work with partners to secure marketing assets and visibility, such as co-branded content, promotional materials, and in-store displays.
• Track and analyze the performance of partnerships and activations, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to refine partnership strategies and BTL marketing efforts.
• Lead efforts to acquire and establish Noon Minutes’ presence in new geographic regions.
• Drive monthly KPIs to ensure the success of each partnership initiative.
• Plan and execute seasonal activations to engage consumers and reinforce Noon Minutes’ brand presence.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in partnership development, BTL marketing, or related roles, preferably within the e-commerce or retail industry.
• Proven track record of securing partnerships and executing successful BTL activations.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to pitch effectively to diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent project management skills, including experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate proactivity, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of the Saudi market and strong local network connections are considered an advantage.
• Willingness to be actively involved in the execution and management of activations from start to finish.
