The Role of PD Manager

Lenovo is seeking a full-time PD Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is central to managing production operations and ensuring efficiency and quality within the manufacturing process. The PD Manager will lead critical functions to support Lenovo's operational excellence and strategic objectives in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee overall production line management.
• Lead team establishment, goal setting, and system implementation.
• Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) including delivery, cost, and quality.
• Drive continuous improvement in production team morale.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates for the PD Manager position must possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in production management or a related field. This role requires proven leadership capabilities and a strong understanding of operational processes to effectively manage production lines and teams.
