People & Culture Specialist

About the Role

Bahri is seeking a People & Culture Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and monitoring of strategies, initiatives, and programs designed to foster a positive organizational culture and enhance employee engagement. The specialist plays a critical role in aligning culture and engagement initiatives with the company’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the company’s culture transformation strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
• Analyze culture assessment data and provide insights to support the development of targeted interventions and initiatives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to integrate culture-related initiatives into broader organizational practices and embed core company values into daily operations.
• Implement employee engagement programs and initiatives to improve morale, retention, and productivity.
• Develop and analyze surveys (*, engagement and pulse surveys) and other feedback mechanisms to assess employee sentiment and engagement levels.
• Provide insights and prepare recommendations based on engagement data to enhance employee experience.
• Develop and coordinate internal communications to support employee engagement and culture initiatives, including campaigns, workshops, and events.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of culture and engagement initiatives using defined KPIs and analytics.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate the progress and impact of culture and engagement initiatives to management.
• Conduct benchmarking of best practices in organizational culture and engagement, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with HR and other departments to align culture and engagement activities with employee lifecycle touchpoints.
• Identify and evaluate tools and methods to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in culture transformation, employee engagement, project management, or organizational development roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (*, Power BI, Excel).
• Knowledge of employee engagement platforms and methodologies.

Work Environment

This role operates within a dynamic corporate environment in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focusing on strategic human resources initiatives. The position requires collaboration with various internal teams, including HR, Communications, and Employee Experience, to drive organizational culture and engagement efforts.
