About the Role

Sand Circus is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to a well-known Influencer based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, hybrid role is primarily remote, with regular in-person attendance required for meetings, events, filming, and other business activities across Riyadh. The position is suitable for candidates with previous personal or executive assistant experience, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Role Context and Environment

The successful candidate will operate within a demanding and ever-changing schedule, supporting activities across business, lifestyle, media, and entertainment sectors. This role requires adaptability and the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively to ensure smooth day-to-day operations for the Influencer.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a complex calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily priorities.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, and logistics.
• Organize filming schedules, photoshoots, brand campaigns, and event logistics.
• Assist with day-to-day administrative and personal tasks.
• Coordinate social media activities, including scheduling posts, captions, and basic content management.
• Attend meetings, events, PR activities, productions, and filming as required.
• Liaise with brands, agencies, production teams, and other stakeholders.
• Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Ability to accommodate a highly flexible schedule, including travel, evenings, weekends, and extended filming days.
• Comfortable attending events, productions, and PR activities, and working in environments where filming and cameras are part of the day-to-day.
• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant is required.
• Experience in talent management, media, entertainment, or a related industry is highly preferred.
• Basic understanding of the acting and entertainment industry.

Work Schedule and Location

This is a hybrid role, primarily remote, with essential in-person attendance required for various business-related activities across Riyadh. The position demands a highly flexible schedule, including availability for travel, evenings, weekends, and extended filming days to support the Influencer's dynamic commitments. Candidates must be comfortable working in environments where filming and cameras are a regular part of daily operations.
