DallahHealth is seeking a Physiotherapist Home Care to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing patient care to the highest attainable standards within the resources of Dallah Hospital.

Role Overview

The Physiotherapist Home Care will be responsible for evaluating and treating various types of patients referred to the Physiotherapy Department. This includes assessing patients, developing treatment plans, and providing specialized therapy based on individual needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Treat both in- and outpatients.
• Assess patients and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Administer chest therapy treatments to in- and outpatients as required.
• Conduct specific exercises for female patients in pre- and post-partum stages.
• Provide manual massage and medical exercises to outpatients and inpatients.
• Ensure all used treatment machines are returned to their designated places by the department porter.
• Coordinate with the department porter for cleaning and preparing treatment beds and tools after patient sessions.
• Request daily cleaning of all used equipment by the department porter.
• Be available for on-call patient treatments.
• Prepare treatment rooms for the next patient when the porter is unavailable.
• Implement relevant policies and procedures to meet hospital goals, objectives, and standards of care, focusing on quality performance improvement.
• Participate in patient and family education to enhance understanding and involvement in care decisions.
• Perform other duties within professional knowledge and skills as directed by the Head of Physiotherapy.

Qualifications and Experience

• Essential: Bachelor of Science (* in Physical Therapy, certified by the Ministry of Health.
• Desirable: Attendance at physiotherapy program courses organized by a physiotherapy group, or a Master's degree.
• Experience: 0-1 years of experience is required for this role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a hospital setting, focusing on both in-patient and out-patient care, including home care services.
