PingFederate Specialist

About the Role

MIS - Al Moammar Information Systems Co. is seeking a PingFederate Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on the administration, configuration, and support of the PingFederate platform, ensuring robust identity and access management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and provide support for the PingFederate platform.
• Configure and troubleshoot Single Sign-On (SSO) and federation services.
• Support various authentication flows, certificate management, and identity integrations.
• Support SAML, OAuth, and OIDC integrations with enterprise applications.
• Participate in system changes, upgrades, testing, deployment, and post-change validation activities.
• Troubleshoot incidents and integration issues, performing root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate effectively with IAM, application, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge-transfer activities.

Technical and Professional Capabilities

• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Capability to participate in controlled change, release, and deployment activities.
• Proficiency in supporting platform upgrades, including preparation, testing, deployment, and post-upgrade validation.
• Ability to maintain accurate technical documentation and participate in knowledge-transfer initiatives.
• Strong coordination skills to work effectively with business users, technical teams, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and vendors.
• Experience working within ITIL-based incident, problem, change, and service-management processes.

Experience Requirements

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in PingFederate administration and support.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring collaboration with various internal and external teams.
