The Planner Role

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Planner to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 5-10 years of experience. The Planner will report internally to the Project Controls Director and externally to the client representative at the project level. The role operates within a collaborative team environment, focusing on meeting client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide planning support to the project team, ensuring that program issues are identified and understood.
• Offer planning advice and direction to project team members and relevant stakeholders.
• Produce program assurance reports for client commissions.
• Generate progress reports detailing variance against baselines.
• Deliver period program updates and contribute to project reports.
• Coordinate between clients, partners, consultants, and contractors regarding programs of work and compliance with the Project Programme.
• Report areas of non-compliance for resolution.
• Provide planning support to the bidding team as required, assisting with activities necessary for timely submission of bidding documentation.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills. A desire to contribute to the Project Management division is essential. The role requires a professional with 5-10 years of relevant experience in planning functions.
