About the Role

IBSF is seeking an experienced Procurement Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and procuring materials, equipment, and services essential for business and project requirements. This includes ensuring timely delivery, competitive pricing, and adherence to quality standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and manage reliable suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
• Conduct technical and commercial bid evaluations.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and agreements using SAP.
• Monitor and expedite deliveries to ensure project and production schedules are met.
• Coordinate effectively with Engineering, Project Management, Quality Control, and Logistics teams.
• Conduct market analysis, assess supplier performance, and identify potential supply chain risks.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and monitor key procurement performance indicators.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in procurement, preferably within a related industry.

Work Environment and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves collaboration with various internal departments to ensure efficient procurement operations.
