Wooden Coffee is seeking a Procurement Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for managing the company's purchasing activities.

Role Overview

The Procurement Manager will oversee all end-to-end purchasing activities. This includes sourcing essential items such as coffee, equipment, packaging, and other supplies. The role ensures that all procured goods meet Wooden Coffee’s established standards for quality, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with suppliers.
• Evaluate the performance of vendors.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Analyze market trends and inventory requirements.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and quality teams.
• Maintain accurate records of all procurement transactions.
• Optimize procurement processes to enhance efficiency.
• Identify and reduce procurement-related risks.
• Support the development of long-term supply strategies aligned with business growth objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated experience (5-10 years) in procurement and supplier evaluation, including identifying, selecting, and managing vendors.
• Strong skills in contract negotiation and management, covering drafting, reviewing, and maintaining agreements.
• Robust analytical skills for assessing pricing, quality, risk, and market data to inform purchasing decisions.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in procurement or ERP software and MS Excel, with a focus on accuracy and detail.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork and building supplier partnerships.
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Familiarity with local regulatory and commercial practices is considered an advantage.
• Background in supply chain, purchasing, or operations within the food and beverage, retail, or a related industry is preferred.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring daily presence at the company's facilities.
