Imploy is seeking a Procurement Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to managing the company's procurement operations, ensuring strategic sourcing, cost efficiency, and effective supplier management.

Role Overview

The Procurement Manager will oversee all aspects of the procurement function, from strategic planning to daily purchasing activities. This role involves developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring that all purchasing aligns with business goals while maintaining quality and timely delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Lead the full lifecycle of supplier management, including sourcing, evaluation, selection, and contract negotiations.
• Oversee daily purchasing activities and manage procurement budgets effectively to ensure financial discipline.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance against agreed-upon metrics and ensure compliance with contractual terms and service level agreements.
• Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the procurement function.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Operations, Finance, and Project teams to ensure seamless integration of procurement activities.
• Ensure strict adherence to all internal procurement policies, relevant regulations, and ethical standards.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess a strong background in procurement management, demonstrating a proven ability to lead complex purchasing operations. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required, with a focus on strategic sourcing, supplier negotiation, and cost management.
