About the Role

Ninja is seeking a Production Specialist to manage the comprehensive production of branded materials. This full-time role involves overseeing the entire production lifecycle, ensuring high-quality execution across all physical brand assets from initial briefing to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the production lifecycle of branded materials, from briefing through to final delivery.
• Coordinate effectively with external suppliers, production houses, printing vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Review and approve production samples to ensure quality and adherence before mass production commences.
• Ensure all produced materials consistently meet established brand guidelines, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Monitor production schedules, delivery timelines, and the overall performance of suppliers.
• Provide support for the execution of various events, exhibitions, and brand activation initiatives.
• Maintain thorough production documentation and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in production management, print production, brand execution, marketing production, or closely related fields.
• Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with suppliers, printing houses, and various production vendors.
• Bachelor's degree or a Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Design Management, or a relevant field.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Strong understanding of production processes, material specifications, and quality control methodologies.
• Excellent project management capabilities and effective stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience in supporting events, exhibitions, or physical brand activations is considered a valuable asset.

Work Type
