About Moneymoon

Moneymoon is a Fintech platform focused on transforming short-term microlending through secure, compliant, and seamless peer-to-peer technology. The platform facilitates a one-month lending model built on transparency, safety, and trust, enabling individuals to support one another. Moneymoon is currently progressing through the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) Regulatory Sandbox and preparing for full licensing, with robust cybersecurity governance being a critical component of its operations.

The Product Design & UX Coop Program

Moneymoon is offering a Product Design & UX Coop Program for individuals with 0-1 years of experience. This internship provides an opportunity to contribute to the design and user experience of a pioneering Fintech platform. Participants will work within the product and development cycle, gaining practical experience in a fast-growing startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit and extend the existing design system, including components, tokens, and patterns, utilizing Claude Design.
• Redesign and improve user interfaces across the application and internal/back-office systems.
• Prototype user flows in Claude Design and Figma, then validate these prototypes with real users or internal stakeholders prior to development.
• Write and refine bilingual English and Arabic product and UX copy, covering microcopy, empty states, error messages, and onboarding content.
• Collaborate closely within the Product and Development cycle to ensure designs are implemented according to specifications.
• Document design system usage guidelines to maintain visual and functional consistency for new features.

Program Experience and Learning Outcomes

• Design and improve product experiences used by Moneymoon’s customers and internal teams.
• Gain hands-on experience in product design, UX research, design systems, and AI-assisted design workflows.
• Work directly with Product, Engineering, Operations, and other business teams.
• Observe designs progress from initial concept and prototype to shipped features.
• Build a portfolio with practical fintech projects.
• Learn how a startup researches, designs, tests, and launches digital products.
• Develop skills in stakeholder collaboration, UX writing, documentation, and design ownership.

This is an internship opportunity located in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The program is designed for individuals seeking practical experience in product design and UX within a professional fintech environment.
