About the Role

Vitatech Group Middle East is seeking an experienced and motivated Product Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on promoting and supporting the company’s pharmaceutical products, with a particular emphasis on injectable and hospital-based products. The Product Specialist will be responsible for developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals and supporting sales growth and market development across the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and provide scientific information on injectable pharmaceutical products to physicians, pharmacists, nurses, hospital procurement teams, and other relevant healthcare professionals.
Conduct effective scientific presentations, product detailing, and product demonstrations, communicating clinical efficacy, safety, indications, and product benefits.
Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital accounts, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
Identify and develop new business opportunities within government and private healthcare institutions.
Support hospital and government tender activities, including tender submissions, product registration requirements, pricing follow-up, and account coordination.
Work closely with distributors, procurement teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective product availability and commercial execution.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue and market-share growth within the assigned territory.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, customer needs, and changes within the Saudi healthcare market.
Collaborate with Medical, Regulatory, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other relevant teams to support product positioning, launches, and ongoing product development.
Attend and participate in medical conferences, exhibitions, workshops, and scientific events to increase product awareness and strengthen professional networks.
Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates.
Provide regular feedback to management regarding market opportunities, customer requirements, competitor activity, and product performance.
Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, ethical standards, and applicable Saudi healthcare and pharmaceutical regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
Strong pharmaceutical or clinical knowledge.
Good understanding of the Saudi healthcare market, including government and private hospital procurement processes.
