Aspexx. is a global experience design and live events agency that delivers large-scale experiences for brands and organizations across the Middle East. The company is seeking a Production Lead for Live Events & Experiential to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview

This is a full-time, senior production leadership role based in Riyadh. The Production Lead will be responsible for overseeing production delivery across live events, exhibitions, experience centers, and experiential activations throughout Saudi Arabia and the wider region. The role requires a hands-on approach to major projects and leadership of the production team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead production delivery for live events, exhibitions, and experiential projects.
• Manage workflow, resourcing, and freelance requirements for the production team.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Production and Technical Managers.
• Create and manage large-scale project, pitch, and program budgets.
• Manage supplier selection, negotiations, and third-party spend.
• Oversee technical requirements for staging, AV, digital, and construction.
• Develop project schedules for pre-production and delivery phases.
• Collaborate with Creative and Project Management teams to develop practical production solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, venues, and key partners across KSA.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to high standards.
• Support the development and growth of the Riyadh production team.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in a senior production or technical delivery role within live events, exhibitions, or experiential sectors.
• Proven experience managing Production and/or Technical Managers.
• Experience delivering large-scale, complex, and multidisciplinary projects.
• Broad technical knowledge across staging, AV, digital, and construction.
• Strong experience in creating, managing, and negotiating large-scale budgets.
• Confident client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong supplier and contractor management experience.
• Working knowledge of international and regional Health & Safety and compliance requirements.
• Ability to generate, understand, and interpret technical drawings.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to complex project requirements.
