About the Role

Tanmiah is seeking a Products and Solutions Senior Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing the daily operations of digital products and coordinating with various teams to ensure product objectives are met. The specialist will play a key role in maintaining product documentation, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of digital products to ensure efficient and effective performance.
Coordinate with technical teams, project managers, and operations teams to align product objectives, priorities, and timelines.
Maintain and update product documentation, including product features, roadmaps, KPIs, and user requirements.
Monitor product performance, identify issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Analyze user feedback and insights to identify opportunities for enhancing the customer experience.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support product-related decision-making.
Ensure digital products comply with applicable digital policies, security requirements, and quality standards.
Apply digital maturity models and track and report on product progress and maturity.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience. The role requires a professional who can effectively manage digital product operations and collaborate across various departments to achieve strategic goals.

Work Environment and Conditions

This is a full-time, office-based position located at the program’s headquarters in Riyadh. The working week is from Sunday to Thursday, with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
