The Role of Project Engineer AV / ICT / ELV Systems

Frontline Solutions is seeking a Project Engineer for AV / ICT / ELV Systems in Riyadh. This full-time role serves as the primary operational point throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Engineer will coordinate complex technical deployments, align client specifications with procurement logistics, and direct on-site technical teams to ensure successful system handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the end-to-end execution of AV, ICT, and ELV projects, ensuring adherence to predefined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Act as the principal liaison among the client, internal procurement departments, and field technicians. This includes facilitating regular site meetings, providing comprehensive progress reporting, and managing client expectations.
• Validate Bills of Materials (BOMs) against schematic designs, monitor equipment procurement schedules, and proactively mitigate risks associated with hardware delivery delays.
• Direct on-site technicians and specialized subcontractors. Provide high-level technical troubleshooting, enforce compliance with engineered drawings, and uphold rigorous site safety protocols.
• Oversee the final configuration, Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures, and comprehensive commissioning of integrated systems.
• Compile and deliver comprehensive project handover documentation, including As-Built drawings and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) manuals, and conduct formal system operation training for end-users.
