Role Summary

Environment Icon Company is seeking an experienced Projects Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple interior fit-out projects from award through final handover. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requires a professional with over 10 years of experience. The Projects Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of the Projects Department, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple fit-out projects simultaneously, providing leadership to Project Managers, Project Engineers, and site teams.
• Monitor overall project performance, including progress, manpower, procurement, quality, and commercial status.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, landlords, and other stakeholders, acting as a senior escalation point for major project issues.
• Ensure projects are delivered according to approved drawings, specifications, contractual requirements, and agreed schedules, taking immediate action on delays.
• Oversee the performance of subcontractors across all projects, ensuring compliance with schedules and contractual requirements.
• Manage procurement activities to ensure materials are available in line with project requirements, monitoring long-lead items and critical materials.
• Ensure all projects meet company quality standards and client requirements, monitoring workmanship, inspections, and snagging.
• Monitor the financial performance of projects, reviewing budgets, variations, claims, and client payment status.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the Projects Team, setting clear responsibilities and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Prepare regular management reports covering project progress, schedule, procurement, quality, manpower, commercial status, risks, and handover status.
• Ensure projects are completed and handed over within agreed deadlines, including snagging, testing, commissioning, and documentation.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, specifically within interior fit-out.
• Strong leadership and client communication skills.
• Demonstrated commercial awareness and ability to manage various project stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.

The Projects Manager is expected to ensure projects are delivered on time, quality is maintained, costs are controlled, procurement is managed effectively, subcontractors perform efficiently, clients are satisfied, and project teams remain accountable.
