About the Role

Qiddiya is seeking a Projects Manager to oversee project delivery activities for assigned assets, projects, packages, or site areas within the business unit. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage project delivery activities, ensuring alignment with approved design, schedule, budget, quality, governance, HSE, and project execution requirements.
• Review construction readiness inputs, including design information, procurement status, permits, logistics plans, technical submissions, and site access requirements, identifying gaps or risks.
• Monitor site progress, construction sequencing, critical path activities, and workforce deployment, ensuring compliance with specifications, Qiddiya standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Follow up on site issues, quality observations, and unresolved construction matters with project teams, consultants, and contractors.
• Monitor the performance of contractors, subcontractors, and consultants, ensuring alignment with contractual expectations, delivery requirements, HSE controls, and quality standards.
• Manage delivery interfaces across design, commercial, project controls, procurement, operations, asset management, infrastructure, and utilities workstreams.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging, defect close-out, authority approval, and handover readiness activities with relevant stakeholders.
• Develop project delivery trackers, action logs, progress summaries, and reporting inputs for assigned assets, projects, or site areas.
• Consolidate project progress updates, site observations, open actions, risks, HSE inputs, and quality records for management review.
• Supervise assigned team members or project support resources to ensure accurate and timely completion of project reviews, records, and reporting outputs.

Generic Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of the department strategy, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's vision and mission.
• Ensure effective implementation of departmental policies and procedures, identifying opportunities for operational improvement.
• Manage the department's stakeholder engagement strategy, developing communication channels and tracking effectiveness.
• Oversee the department's budgeting process, analyzing financial data, supporting forecasts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement of department systems, processes, and practices by identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions.
• Translate strategic direction into actionable plans, develop SMART goals, and manage the talent management cycle for the department.
• Manage the development of a comprehensive reporting process for the department, guiding staff on Qiddiya's reporting requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in project management or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex project delivery activities.
• Experience in reviewing construction readiness inputs and monitoring site progress.
• Proficiency in managing contractor and consultant performance.
• Strong understanding of HSE controls, quality standards, and project governance.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic project delivery environment.
