Arabian Oud is seeking a Quality Control Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for professionals with 2-5 years of experience in quality control or a related field. The specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality standards across the company's supply chain and manufacturing processes.

Role Overview

The Quality Control Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all raw materials and production processes adhere to defined quality standards throughout the supply chain and manufacturing cycle. This involves coordinating with international suppliers, inspecting incoming materials, overseeing in-process and final product quality, and managing all related quality documentation. The specialist will conduct sample testing, support production line readiness, and ensure that non-conformities are accurately recorded and addressed.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with international suppliers regarding raw material quality and resolve any related issues.
• Inspect and test raw materials and final products using Oracle or other quality systems.
• Review and update product artwork and technical specifications according to quality standards.
• Collect and analyze material samples upon arrival and during production for compliance.
• Prepare and submit quality reports, including non-conformance and periodic performance reports.
• Conduct inspections during production processes and ensure adherence to acceptance criteria.
• Evaluate new samples and maintain organized storage of reference materials.
• Supervise quality inspectors and escalate any major findings to the Quality Manager.
• Inspect packaging materials before use and manage sorting of tester and product bottles.
• Maintain all quality-related documentation, including inspection records and rework logs.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in quality control or a similar role.
• Demonstrated attention to detail in quality operations.
• Strong knowledge of inspection procedures and quality standards.
• Ability to maintain a high level of compliance and accuracy in quality operations.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a manufacturing and supply chain environment, collaborating with both internal teams and international suppliers to uphold quality standards.
