The Role of Quantity Surveyor

Applus+ Asia Middle East and Africa is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves managing cost and quantity aspects for pipeline and utility works, ensuring financial control and accurate progress verification for project components. The position requires 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

Manage measurement, valuation, and cost control activities for projects.
Review contractor claims and variations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Support contract administration processes.
Handle cost and quantity management specifically for pipeline and utility works.
Verify project progress and support financial control of project components.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Certified Quantity Surveyor.
5-10 years of experience in quantity surveying.
Demonstrated experience with general pipe networks.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the Applus+ Asia Middle East and Africa operations. The role operates within a professional environment focused on maintaining high safety and environmental standards.
