About the Role

Teef Najd Group is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its engineering team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting various Fit-Out and construction projects within the region. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of proven experience in quantity surveying.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on drawings, specifications, and site requirements.
Review drawings, specifications, and scope of work to ensure accurate quantity calculations.
Prepare and verify quantities for client invoices and payment applications.
Coordinate with project and site teams to verify executed quantities and completed works.
Prepare quantity measurements and supporting documents for client billing.
Review BOQs and identify discrepancies, missing items, and scope variations.
Track and document variations and additional works for client billing.
Maintain accurate quantity records, measurement sheets, and billing documentation.
Coordinate with clients and project teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.

Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience as a QS Engineer / Quantity Surveyor.
Previous experience in Fit-Out projects is required.
Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, measurement, BOQ, and client billing processes.
Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
Experience working with clients and project teams in Saudi Arabia is preferred.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and operates on a full-time basis. The Quantity Surveyor will work closely with the engineering, project, and site teams to ensure accurate quantity management and billing for construction and Fit-Out projects.
