Dome Development Contracting is seeking a Real Estate Marketing & Sales Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The company is focused on real estate and property development projects within the region.

Role Overview

This full-time, Mid-Level Professional role is central to the success of real estate projects, encompassing both strategic marketing and direct sales activities. The specialist will be responsible for driving project visibility, engaging prospective buyers, and facilitating property transactions.

Marketing Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies for residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects.
Plan and coordinate digital marketing campaigns, social media activities, and property promotions.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer demand assessments.
Support project positioning, branding, and pricing recommendations.
Coordinate with marketing agencies, brokers, and media partners to maximize project visibility.
Prepare marketing materials, presentations, brochures, and promotional content.

Sales Responsibilities

Generate and manage sales leads through direct sales activities and broker networks.
Conduct property presentations, project demonstrations, and client meetings.
Advise prospective buyers on project features, pricing, and payment plans.
Negotiate sales terms and facilitate transaction closures in accordance with company and Saudi Arabia policies.
Maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
