About Noble Horizon

Noble Horizon is seeking a Sales Executive (Merchant Acquisition) to support the expansion of a digital deals and offers platform in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is based in Riyadh and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Sales Executive will focus on identifying, approaching, and onboarding new merchants across various key sectors. These sectors include restaurants, cafés, retail, entertainment, beauty, fitness, hospitality, and professional services, contributing to the platform's growth in the Riyadh market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new merchants and business partners.
• Present the platform’s value proposition and negotiate customer offers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signing and onboarding.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with merchants.
• Achieve monthly acquisition, activity, and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for merchant campaign launches.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines, records, and performance reports.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in merchant acquisition, B2B sales, digital platforms, e-commerce, loyalty programs, or deals applications.
• Strong network within the Riyadh merchant market is highly preferred.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Valid Saudi driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred.
