Sales Leader, 3PL Provider

eMagine Solutions is partnered with a rapidly expanding 3PL provider in Saudi Arabia to recruit a Sales Leader in Riyadh. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on new business acquisition within warehousing, contract logistics, and value-added services.

Role Overview

The Sales Leader will operate as a hunter, responsible for initiating new client relationships, leading consultative sales discussions, and developing commercial, operationally deliverable solutions from client challenges. A key objective is to consistently fill warehouse space and pallet positions. The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, emphasizing ownership, rapid execution, and momentum building without extensive reliance on layered processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead new business acquisition across warehousing, contract logistics, and value-added services.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution design, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
• Focus on selling solutions by diagnosing operational pain points and constructing compelling commercial offers.
• Drive revenue through optimizing warehouse capacity and pallet positions, securing long-term contracts.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent activity levels.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, including General Managers, supply chain directors, procurement teams, and operations leadership.
• Collaborate closely with operations to ensure solutions are scalable, profitable, and executable.
• Lead and expand the sales team through coaching, hiring, performance management, and establishing a repeatable sales framework.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience in 3PL, logistics, or contract logistics business development within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong track record in solution selling and consultative B2B sales.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and commercially filling warehouse capacity.
• Proactive attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset and high personal drive.
• Comfortable selling warehousing capacity, pallet positions, multi-site solutions, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and long-term contracts.
• Strong knowledge of the KSA market and an established network (sector background is flexible if sales capability is proven).
• Leadership capability, evidenced by prior team management or readiness to step into a leadership role.
• Commercial confidence in pricing, margin management, negotiation, and contract terms.
• Ability to relocate to Riyadh or currently based in KSA.
