About the Opportunity

Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya is seeking a Sales Manager to join its commercial team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is open exclusively to Saudi Nationals and focuses on driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships within the hospitality sector.

The Role

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue targets across key market segments. The position plays a vital role in positioning Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya as a preferred destination for corporate, leisure, and group business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue goals.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within assigned market segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, travel agencies, and key decision-makers.
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and hotel site inspections.
• Negotiate contracts and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and account plans.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will be results-driven and possess a strong passion for hospitality. This role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based at the Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Sales Manager will work as part of a dynamic commercial team.
