About the Opportunity

Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya is seeking a Sales Manager to join its commercial team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is open exclusively to Saudi Nationals and focuses on driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships within the hospitality sector.

The Role

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue targets across key market segments. The position plays a vital role in positioning Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya as a preferred destination for corporate, leisure, and group business.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue goals.
Identify and secure new business opportunities within assigned market segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, travel agencies, and key decision-makers.
Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and hotel site inspections.
Negotiate contracts and maximize revenue opportunities.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver guest experiences.
Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and account plans.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will be results-driven and possess a strong passion for hospitality. This role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based at the Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Sales Manager will work as part of a dynamic commercial team.
