About the Role

Matar Al-Baqami Holding is seeking a Sales Representative for a full-time position in Riyadh Province, specifically in Riyadh. This role is central to driving the company's revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and fostering strong relationships with existing clients. The Sales Representative will be responsible for delivering tailored solutions that align with customer needs and company objectives through a proactive sales approach.

Sales and Business Development

• Generate new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
• Present and promote company products and services effectively to prospective customers.
• Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve or exceed sales quotas.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions and support.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.

Reporting and Internal Coordination

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management review.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in sales or similar customer-facing roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel if required.
