About the Role

RAWAJ is seeking a Sales Specialist - IT Services to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves developing government and major corporate accounts for a leading technology and engineering solutions company. The specialist will focus on identifying new B2B opportunities and building strong client relationships, with 0-1 years of experience required.

Role Context

The Sales Specialist will support the conversion of qualified opportunities into confirmed orders. This position requires strong communication and client-facing skills, along with the ability to understand and effectively communicate technical solutions to customers. The company provides Digital Twin, PANO RM360 Cameras, Command Centre, BIM/CAD, SCADA, and IoT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach government and corporate decision-makers to develop new business opportunities.
• Develop new B2B accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Generate, qualify, and manage sales opportunities while building a strong sales pipeline.
• Conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations, and Command Centre tours.
• Learn and effectively communicate the company’s technical solutions to customers.
• Support business development activities and contribute to converting opportunities into confirmed orders.
• Monitor customer engagement, sales activities, and pipeline development to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• An educational background in Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and client-facing abilities.
• Good English and Arabic communication skills; Hejazi Arabic is preferred.
• Good presentation and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions effectively.
