Saudi Engineer

About the Role

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Saudi Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is specifically for Saudi Nationals as part of localization initiatives. The Engineer will support technical, site, and administrative tasks within road and infrastructure projects, focusing on professional development and gaining engineering exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Support engineering teams in reviewing drawings, technical documents, and site coordination.
• Assist in monitoring construction progress, preparing reports, and verifying compliance with project standards.
• Participate in site inspections, measurements, and quality/safety reviews.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and relevant authorities on various project matters.
• Support planning, scheduling, quantity take-offs, or Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) activities, depending on the assigned department.
• Maintain project documentation and contribute to engineering deliverables.
• Develop engineering skills through mentorship and structured training programs.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Familiarity with engineering software such as AutoCAD, MS Office, and Primavera is considered an advantage.
• Commitment to professional development within infrastructure projects.
