About JAM Event Services

JAM Event Services is seeking experienced Security Trainers to deliver specialized security training programs. This contract-based role is located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with potential for additional online delivery.

Role Overview

As a Security Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact training sessions to security professionals. These programs, conducted in Arabic, will focus on critical operational and strategic security skills, aiming to enhance capabilities at Level 3 or Level 5.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver specialist security training programs at Level 3 and/or Level 5 to security professionals.
• Cover key areas including Crowd Management, focusing on security perspectives, risk assessment, and control measures.
• Provide instruction on the Security Management of Major Events, encompassing planning, coordination, and operational delivery.
• Train on Security Communication & Coordination during Critical Incidents and Emergencies, covering effective communication protocols and multi-agency coordination.
• Conduct training primarily in a classroom setting in Riyadh, with the possibility of online delivery.

Candidate Profile and Experience

We are seeking candidates with 5-10 years of proven experience in delivering security training. Ideal candidates will possess strong subject matter expertise in one or more of the following areas: crowd management, event security, and emergency communications.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated experience delivering security training at Level 3 and/or Level 5.
• Strong subject matter expertise in crowd management, event security, and/or emergency communications.
• Experience delivering training in a classroom setting; comfort with online delivery is an advantage.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in security training or a related field are preferred.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Compensation and Contract Details

This is a contract position offering competitive compensation. Salary will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
