About the Role

Emirates is seeking a Senior Airport Services Agent to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves providing comprehensive quality service to customers across various airport functions, including check-in, boarding, special services, baggage services, ticket desk, and the Emirates Lounge. The successful candidate will ensure all operations adhere to the Company's commercial, safety, and security policies, standards, and procedures, completing all tasks within specified timeframes.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and meet standard and special service requirements for customers at check-in, transfer desks, special services, and boarding gates, ensuring efficient and friendly service.
Adhere to internal operating boarding procedures, managing boarding priorities, announcements, hand baggage, staff briefings, and equipment availability for timely and safe flight departures.
Guide and advise team members to maintain high customer service levels and support the safe and on-time departure of flights.
Liaise with and monitor the Emirates Chauffeur drive company for arrivals and departures, ensuring eligible customers receive the service and those requiring assistance are met.
Oversee baggage arrival, prioritize premium bags, and assist customers with missing or damaged bags, coordinating with Emirates GHA and providing updates to premium customers.
Monitor check-in queues, prioritize premium cardholders, and assist with excess baggage and visa issues. Inform customers of delays, disruptions, and denied boarding, including implementing the 'Options' scheme.
Assist with pre and post-flight documentation, complete statistical information, and ensure compliance with safety instructions, reporting any damage immediately.
Cover for the check-in supervisor, prepare flight briefs for staff and service providers, and ensure operational areas are covered with clear expectations for high service levels.
Support Emirates Ticket Desk functions, undertaking ticketing and reservation duties to provide seamless customer service and maximize revenue by offering the full range of Emirates products.
Issue tickets, EMD, EBT, make and amend reservations, re-issue and re-calculate fares, process additional collections, and carry out credit card verification.
Support duties in the Emirates lounge when required, liaising with service providers and supervising contracted staff for catering, cleaning, and maintenance operations to ensure service standards are met.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum O level or equivalent education.
Completion of relevant and recognized professional training courses in Customer Services and Handling, Ground Operations, and Reservations, Fares & Ticketing.
A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a related field is required for this role.
