Role Overview

The Senior CMDB Analyst / Discovery Engineer will be responsible for managing Configuration Item (CI) discovery processes and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). The role involves configuring and monitoring discovery tools, maintaining data quality, and supporting CMDB integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage CI discovery, identification, and reconciliation processes.
• Configure and monitor discovery tools and related processes.
• Maintain CI accuracy, completeness, and overall data quality within the CMDB.
• Resolve issues related to duplicate, missing, and inconsistent CI records.
• Support CMDB integrations and initiatives for continuous improvement.

Experience and Work Type

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in CMDB analysis and discovery engineering. This is a full-time role based in Riyadh.
