Senior Data Analyst (Visualizer)

About the Role

Loba Group is seeking a Senior Data Analyst (Visualizer) to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to transforming how data informs decision-making and strategic growth within the business. The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for the analytics layer, semantic models, and reporting architecture, connecting technical execution with business strategy. The role involves developing high-impact Power BI dashboards and embedded analytics, and driving data literacy across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the conformed semantic model, including certified business data definitions, shared metrics, standardized naming conventions, dataset certifications, and row-level security (RLS) across the reporting estate.
• Design and deliver Power BI dashboards and analytics tools, including embedded reporting views within web application front-ends (*, using React).
• Contribute to the Unified Project View by integrating data across estimation, commercial, planning, design, and operations domains.
• Establish data quality scorecards to evaluate completeness, accuracy, timeliness, consistency, and uniqueness, and collaborate with business data stewards to resolve data issues.
• Design and deliver a tiered data literacy program for executives, managers, and power users, including go-live training, regular clinics, and coaching a federated network of data stewards.
• Conduct requirements workshops with department heads to translate business questions into actionable data products, and partner with Data Engineers and software developers.
• Measure and track solution adoption as a key performance indicator (KPI) and optimize based on user feedback.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in a relevant data analysis or visualization role.

Required Skills

• Strong facilitation skills, capable of running workshops and translating non-technical user needs into technical specifications.
• Demonstrated ability to drive data adoption and manage digital change.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh.
