About the Role

Impact46 is seeking a Senior Fund Operations professional to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to managing the operational activities of the company's investment funds.

Role Overview

The Senior Fund Operations role is responsible for executing the day-to-day operational activities of Impact46's investment funds. This includes comprehensive financial and accounting monitoring, processing subscription and redemption transactions, and ensuring the accuracy of operational records and reports. The role requires strict adherence to Capital Market Authority (CMA) regulations and the specific terms and conditions of each fund.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor subscription and redemption transactions across various funds.
• Calculate Net Asset Value (NAV) periodically and verify its accuracy.
• Manage investor records and investment units for each fund.
• Coordinate with the Custodian and Fund Administrator on settlement processes.
• Prepare periodic financial statements for funds (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Monitor the calculation of management and performance fees.
• Ensure fund accounting records reconcile accurately with custodian records.
• Ensure operational compliance with fund Terms & Conditions and CMA Investment Funds Regulations.
• Prepare and submit reports required by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) through approved systems within regulatory deadlines.
• Maintain documented records of all operational activities for audit purposes.
• Liaise with fund managers and the investment team to ensure proper execution of operations.
• Coordinate with external parties, including custodians, external auditors, and service providers, to complete operational tasks.
• Support the Investor Relations team by providing operational information as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in fund operations or financial accounting within an asset management firm.

Required Skills

• Solid knowledge of the CMA Investment Funds Regulations.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
