About the Role

Parsons is seeking a Senior HSE Inspector (Saudi National) to join their site-based construction supervision team in Riyadh, Ad Dir'iyah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves contributing to a major public realm development that includes parks, open spaces, and streetscapes, aiming to enhance livability and community well-being.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the project or program manager in administering Safety, Health, and Environment (SH&E) programs.
Conduct audits of the project, program, and worksites against corporate standards.
Inspect worksites to identify hazards and provide expertise to project personnel for eliminating or controlling SH&E risks.
Prepare and submit written audit and inspection reports.
Monitor project or program work planning and performance to ensure conformity with Parsons’ Environmental, Safety, Health, and Risk Program (ESHARP) management system.
Implement Parsons’ occupational injury and incident reporting and management processes.
Perform trend analyses on audit findings, inspection findings, and incident reports, and submit regular analysis reports.
Assist the project or program manager with new hire orientation.
Deliver regulatory and best practice SH&E training.
Create and maintain SH&E training records.
Participate in routine safe work briefings.

Qualifications and Experience

This position requires Saudi National candidates.
Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.
