Nice One is seeking an experienced, data-driven Senior Paid Marketing Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on leading and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns across various performance marketing channels.

Role Summary

The Senior Paid Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing strategic media plans, managing advertising budgets, and analyzing campaign performance to deliver measurable results in customer acquisition, revenue growth, and return on ad spend. The position requires strong analytical capabilities, hands-on platform expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, configure, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads, ensuring accurate targeting, bidding, tracking, and brand safety.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns daily, adjusting bids, budgets, audiences, creative rotations, and placements to meet approved ROAS and CAC targets.
• Develop and maintain audience segments, lookalike audiences, retargeting lists, and exclusion audiences, refining targeting based on performance and customer behavior.
• Coordinate with Brand and Creative teams to develop campaign creative briefs, review assets for alignment with specifications and brand guidelines, and manage revisions.
• Plan and execute structured A/B tests across creative, audiences, landing pages, bidding strategies, and messaging to identify performance improvements and document results.
• Monitor key paid media performance metrics, including ROAS, CAC, impressions, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate, preparing regular performance summaries with insights and recommendations.
• Ensure campaigns are correctly tagged for accurate conversion tracking and attribution, monitoring performance and escalating any discrepancies.
• Manage daily campaign spend and budget pacing, identifying deviations and escalating significant issues for timely correction.
• Ensure all campaigns comply with advertising platform policies, brand safety standards, and campaign requirements, promptly escalating violations or risks.
• Collaborate with Brand, Creative, E-commerce, and other marketing teams to align campaigns with business objectives and promotional priorities.
• Stay informed on advertising platform updates, industry best practices, competitor activity, and emerging paid media trends relevant to GCC e-commerce.
• Proactively identify and escalate tracking failures, budget pacing issues, policy violations, and other campaign risks to the Team Leader.
• Identify and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement in paid channel performance, campaign setup, targeting effectiveness, and operational processes.

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in paid digital marketing.
• Proven ability to lead and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to campaign management.
• Hands-on expertise with major advertising platforms (*, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads).
• Demonstrated ability to manage advertising budgets and deliver measurable results in ROAS and customer acquisition.
• Effective collaboration skills for working in a fast-paced marketing environment.
