The Role of Senior Paid Marketing Specialist

Nice One is seeking an experienced, data-driven Senior Paid Marketing Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves leading and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search, social media, and display. The specialist will develop strategic media plans, manage advertising budgets, and analyze campaign performance to achieve specific targets for customer acquisition, revenue growth, and return on ad spend.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads, ensuring accurate targeting, bidding, tracking, and brand safety.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns daily, adjusting bids, budgets, audiences, and creative assets to maintain performance within approved ROAS and CAC targets.
• Build and manage audience segments, lookalike audiences, retargeting lists, and exclusion audiences, refining targeting based on performance and customer behavior.
• Coordinate creative development by preparing campaign briefs and reviewing assets for alignment with platform specifications and brand guidelines.
• Plan and execute structured A/B tests across various campaign elements to identify performance improvements and document results.
• Monitor key paid media metrics (ROAS, CAC, impressions, CTR, CPC, conversion rate) and prepare regular performance reports with insights and optimization recommendations.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution by correctly tagging and configuring campaigns, escalating any discrepancies promptly.
• Manage daily campaign spend and budget pacing, identifying and escalating deviations or significant pacing issues.
• Ensure all campaigns comply with advertising platform policies, brand safety standards, and promptly escalate policy violations or risks.
• Stay informed on advertising platform updates, algorithm changes, industry best practices, and emerging paid media trends relevant to GCC e-commerce.
• Proactively identify and escalate tracking failures, budget issues, policy violations, and other campaign risks to the Team Leader.
• Recommend opportunities for continuous improvement in paid channel performance, campaign setup, targeting, and operational processes.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in paid digital marketing.
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to campaign management.
• Hands-on expertise with major advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
• Proven ability to manage advertising budgets and deliver measurable results in customer acquisition and ROAS.
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies and performance reporting.
• Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and platform compliance.

Work Environment and Collaboration

This role operates within a fast-paced marketing environment, requiring effective collaboration with various internal teams. The Senior Paid Marketing Specialist will work closely with Brand, Creative, E-commerce, and other Marketing teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives, creative requirements, and promotional priorities.
