The Role of Senior Project Auditor

Riyadh Holding is seeking a Senior Project Auditor to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves assessing and evaluating the effectiveness of controls, risk management practices, and governance processes across various development and real estate projects. The Senior Project Auditor will conduct risk-based audits, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to support project success and organizational objectives. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct risk-based audits of real estate and development projects.
• Review project feasibility studies, budgets, procurement processes, contractor management, and cost controls.
• Evaluate project performance, timelines, and potential causes of delays, including financial and contractual implications.
• Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and risk management practices.
• Identify control weaknesses, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Develop audit findings and recommendations, and monitor the implementation of corrective actions.
• Prepare audit reports and communicate results to management.
• Ensure audit activities are conducted in accordance with professional standards and internal policies.

Required Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in project auditing or a related field.
